Little Miss Gianna was just precious. She was such a tiny little thing! I photographed her at 11 days old, she still weighed just under 6lbs. Oh so sweet! And so good during our session. Enjoy ♥

Thanks for stopping by! Do you want to know something about me? I am passionate about my [ photography ], I always have been...
When I was asked in high school: what do you want to be when you grow up? I always said a photographer. It all started with the photography and art classes in high school, I would shoot any and everything. Back then, we started our learning on a school issued 35mm film camera (do they even teach with those anymore? ☺). And after high school, I was "over-the-moon" when I got a part-time job with some local photographers, I was able to learn so much more about my art. But working or not, I would shoot every day, I was never without a camera! It was so very important to me that I documented the people that I loved and the many special moments in my life. I never wanted to forget those things...
Then, I got married and became a mother } On the day my first son was born, we took 354 photos in the hospital, 354!!!. It was insane. I remember thinking: thank goodness this is a digital camera! Because I didn't want to miss a thing! And it only gets worse as our little family grows, the shutter is always clicking. We have been blessed with three little cuties, two lively little boys and one sweet little girl. So my camera has now become an extension of my arm. And I am so lucky to be married to a super supportive husband who loves and appreciates photography just as much as I do.
Out of all of the material possessions I have, my photographs are the most valuable to me. In each image I've captured an expression, a laugh, a smile, a feeling, or a story. That moment has been forever frozen in time. And I would love to share that gift with you. So you too will never forget those things... ♥

This little guy was so darling… at only 14 days old in the photos below, he was such a cutie! He even smiled for me a couple of times. And I could tell his mom & dad just adored him! He was flooded with hugs and kisses throughout our whole session ♥ Enjoy!

Jeff & Kelly’s Hawaiian wedding was beautiful. They were married in the morning at the San Diego temple and then we drove down to La Jolla cove for more photos. They are adorable together, the perfect match! Both Jeff and Kelly have such a great sense of humor, so we had a ton of fun taking pictures! But I think we also captured so many special little moments together as husband and wife. Enjoy ♥

These two were taken by Dolores (my mom and partner for the day)… she has an awsome eye for catching those tender moments!

I love you…

Sweet, sweet, little Catherine…she is just beautiful. At 9 days old, I admired her strength. She wasn’t my typical sleepy little newborn, she was so interested in what was going on around her that she was awake for most of her session. She would listen carefully to her parents talking, and try to focus on things she could see. This darling baby girl is so strong she could already hold her own head up, I was so impressed! She is perfect in every way, and oh-so-cute! While she was awake I was able to catch images of her trying to move her head after I had posed her ( maybe she just wanted to show me her “good side” ☺). And we played peek-a-boo too! She would open and close her tiny hand, using her little fingers to hide her face, it was adorable. In the end, she did fall asleep. She finally gave in, she just couldn’t resist her mommy’s soft kisses and loving arms. Cate is a lucky little girl, I know her mommy & daddy just adore her, who could resist? ♥

‘Tis the season for family photos and Christmas cards. Here are a few cuties that will brighten your day! These are my sisters’ boys, we were out shooting their family Christmas card photos. They are already so used to the camera, we take their pictures all of the time, but the smiles they normally give me are the fake, “hurry up and take this picture so I can go” kind. Roman & Matteo (the older boys) really made me work to get the beautiful, sincere smiles, that I know they have (I’ve seen them before!). Eventually I got them, I double-dared them not to smile at me, did some silly stuff, and the walls came down! Then, on the other hand, little Ezra was the exact opposite. He was a piece of cake, he loves to have his picture taken! He just loves to see his happy face in the back of the camera ☺ so cute! This was a lot of fun, enjoy ♥

This is my nephew, the youngest of them all. He is so adoreable! He’s so happy, and makes the funniest expressions (just like his daddy). Babies just grow up way. too. fast. Before you know it, your little one is 1 year old and you’re crying “what happened to my sweet little baby?” (ok, that’s just what my husband & I say about our kids- HA! I would LOVE to keep them babies forever, but I do love sleeping through the night, so it’s a tough one!) .
Photographing this age (between 6-8 months) is just so much fun…the babies are just learning how to express themselves, and discovering new things, and just about anything makes them smile ☺ Ezequiel got a kick out of the sound my background paper made when he hit it, so for most of the shoot he had his backside to me (so funny!). ♥ Enjoy

This next one is my favorite!! Love it!!!

Sweet little baby Luciano (I love that name!)…he was so perfect for his very first photo session ever : ) He is such a beautiful little boy. His raven hair against his fair skin reminded me of snow white. He was so much fun to shoot!
